By inviting, accessing, or using any Sonar Systems bot or service (“Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must comply with Discord’s Terms of Service and Community Guidelines when using Sonar Systems. You are responsible for ensuring your use of the Service complies with all applicable laws and regulations.

3. Use of the Service

You agree to use Sonar Systems only for lawful purposes. You may not:

• Use the Service to violate Discord’s Terms of Service or Community Guidelines.
• Attempt to exploit, abuse, reverse engineer, or disrupt the Service.
• Use the Service to harass, threaten, or harm others.
• Attempt to bypass security features or rate limits.
• Use the Service for fraudulent, illegal, or malicious activities.

Sonar Systems reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to any user or server that violates these Terms.

4. Discord Permissions

By inviting Sonar Systems to your server, you authorize the bot to perform actions based on the permissions granted by server administrators. Administrators are responsible for reviewing and assigning appropriate permissions.

5. User Content

Users retain ownership of any content they create. By using the Service, you grant Sonar Systems permission to process commands, messages, and interactions necessary to provide the requested functionality.

Sonar Systems does not claim ownership of user-generated content.

6. Data Collection

Sonar Systems may collect and store limited information necessary for the operation of the Service, including but not limited to:

• Discord User IDs
• Discord Server IDs
• Channel IDs
• Role IDs
• Message IDs (when required)
• Configuration settings
• Command usage
• Moderation records
• Temporary interaction data

7. Availability

Sonar Systems is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, uptime, or that all features will remain available.

Maintenance, updates, outages, or third-party service interruptions may temporarily affect functionality.

8. Premium Features

Certain features may require payment or a subscription.

Unless otherwise stated:

• Payments are non-refundable.
• Premium features may change over time.
• Abuse of premium features may result in suspension without refund.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sonar Systems and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use or inability to use the Service.

Users assume all responsibility for how they configure and use the Service within their Discord servers.

10. Termination

Sonar Systems reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for violations of these Terms, abuse of the Service, or any activity that may negatively impact Sonar Systems or other users.

Users may stop using the Service at any time by removing the bot from their Discord server.

11. Changes to These Terms

Sonar Systems may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Intellectual Property

All software, branding, logos, documentation, and other materials related to Sonar Systems remain the intellectual property of Sonar Systems unless otherwise stated.

Users may not copy, redistribute, modify, or commercially exploit any part of the Service without prior written permission.

13. Disclaimer

Sonar Systems is an independent project and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or officially associated with Discord Inc.

Discord and all related trademarks belong to their respective owners.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which Sonar Systems operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.

16. Ownership Rights & Copyright

All software, source code, branding, logos, documentation, and other materials related to Sonar Systems are the sole property of Sonar Systems.

Any code, designs, documentation, or other materials contributed by individuals are considered voluntary contributions to Sonar Systems. Such contributions do not grant the contributor any ownership, copyright, licensing, or other intellectual property rights over Sonar Systems or its assets, unless otherwise agreed to in writing.
