What is Sonar?

How do I invite Sonar to my Discord server?

Click any Invite Sonar button on this site, or use the direct invite link. You’ll need the “Manage Server” permission in the target server to add the bot.

What is Sonar’s default prefix?

The default prefix is ;. You can check or change the prefix at any time with the ;prefix command.

What moderation commands are available?

Sonar includes ;ban, ;kick, ;timeout, ;warn, ;purge, ;slowmode, ;lock, ;unlock, ;nickname, ;role, ;roleall, ;caselogs and more. See the Features & Commands page for the full breakdown.

How does Sonar’s security functionality work?

Sonar’s security toolkit includes a honeypot (;honeypot) for catching unwanted activity, plus server-wide emergency controls (;lockall / ;unlockall). For setup guidance and best practices, join the support server — the team is happy to help.

What are ;lockall and ;unlockall?

They are security-focused commands for protecting your server from threats and unwanted activity: ;lockall locks things down server-wide in an emergency, and ;unlockall reverses it once things are calm.

How do I configure welcome messages?

Run ;welcome-setup in your server and Sonar will walk you through configuring welcome messages for new members.

Where can I get help with Sonar?
